I'm a Board Certified Christian Life Coach and I specialize in mental health coaching, career coaching, premarital counseling, and marriage coaching.

My passion is to help you see yourself through the eyes of Jesus!

As a career coach, I come along side you and help you design your career, discover your strengths, and equip you with the right tools to help you find your vocational calling.  As a relationships coach, I am here to journey with you and help you build strong and healthy relationships.

 

My desire is to bring hope and encouragement to you as you look over the horizon toward your next adventure. What are you aspiring to do to be the person you want to become? If you are in transition, life can be challenging and stressful.  I want to walk along side you and give you the tools you need to help you begin a new path with confidence. There is no greater blessing than helping you see yourself through the eyes of Jesus, being a part of your journey, and witnessing your personal growth.

I’m a San Diego beach girl!  I love the beach, baking, and traveling.  I'm married to my husband Steven, a wonderful, godly man.  We have a son and daughter and two dogs.
