Self-care is all about being intentional in taking care of your spiritual, emotional, physical, and social needs.
This course will help you evaluate where you are in meeting your needs and what you can do to get better at being purposeful in taking care of yourself. If you don't have a self-care plan, I'll help you create one and you'll be ready to live life more abundantly!
Join us each month as we dive into a different area of our self-care. This is an enjoyable way to set time aside for yourself, while investing in your self-care needs. You'll have the opportunity to meet others and have some fun in this free, interactive, virtual event.
